It's A Real Life Saver

Years ago I went to Granville Island with the camera on quite a regular basis. This was one I took and printed up. It was originally in colour but I thought I would see what it looked like in black and white. I liked the results. Every time I go to the island I think of this shot and when I go out on the boardwalk, I look for lifesavers. 

Didn't record the exposure of course. If you go to Granville Island check out the skyline. Looks a lot different now.
