The Beercan

I Brought along the beercan this last day-trip. It is a great lens and cheap. I hadn't carried it around the previous trips because it is heavy and does take up some space in the bag. I hadn't felt a telephoto lens would get used a lot in the city but decided to take it along this trip just to see. I am glad I did. Before I would look mostly up close but this day I looked farther. Here is an example. I probably would have noted the pigeons flying around but carried on because I didn't have the reach. I am going to bring it from now on. I expect I'll be able to add some more variety to these photo days now. I think I like it.
